We educate, advocate and raise awareness while providing a coordinated response to homelessness and affordable housing throughout Waukesha County.

We are the local Continuum of Care working with area providers of supports and resources for those experiencing homelessness in Waukesha County. We strive to ensure those needing supports receive them in a timely and coordinated manner.
