We’re looking for a creative, encouraging Art Instructor to guide our students through a meaningful art project that helps them express how they imagine their ideal world and community. This activity gives our young people the chance to dream, reflect, and communicate their hopes through colors, shapes, and storytelling. As the Art Instructor, you’ll help inspire students to think big

What does a safe, welcoming community look like to them? What kind of world do they want to build? You’ll support them as they turn those ideas into artwork that represents their voices, dreams, and values. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with youth, enjoys hands‑on creativity, and believes in the power of art to build confidence and spark conversation. Your guidance will help our students see that their vision matters and that they have the power to shape the world around them.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities: -Come in and help set up the food for the event - Set up and maintain the food and refreshment stations. - Serve food to participants and attendees.

Qualifications:

- Outgoing and energetic personality.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and engage with a diverse group of event participants.

- No previous experience is required; a positive attitude is a must!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail‑loving volunteer to serve as our Assistant Event Coordinator for the Kettle Classic! If you enjoy staying organized, helping things run smoothly, and being part of the behind‑the‑scenes magic, you’ll love this role.

As our Assistant Event Coordinator, you’ll help support set‑up, guide volunteers, answer questions, and jump in wherever the team needs an extra hand. Your support helps create a smooth, fun, and welcoming experience for every participant—all while helping raise critical support for the young people at Lad Lake. It’s a great fit for someone who loves teamwork, problem‑solving, and event‑day excitement. Expect lots of smiles, meaningful moments, and a chance to make a real impact!

- Hold motivational signs and distribute water and snacks at designated cheer stations.

- Help maintain a high-energy atmosphere to motivate participants throughout the event.

- Assist with the post-event clean-up to ensure the venue is returned to its original condition.

- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from the event areas, clean tables

Qualifications:

- Ability to perform physical activities, including lifting and bending.

- A team player who can follow instructions and work independently.
