Join us for the Annual Ready.Set.Work! Women's Job Seminar Milwaukee! Volunteers will help local women develop the skills and resources they need to boost their job search prospects and start a new career! Help us break barriers to employment at this exciting annual event.
Role Duties for Interview Coach: Volunteers will be conducting brief, mock interviews with seminar attendees. Volunteers will be paired one on one or in small groups to facilitate a simple interview, focusing on the most common questions asked at an initial interview. Volunteers will assist the attendee in helping to develop their best answers to these common interview questions and then practice delivering their responses several times. Experience in interviewing and hiring for employment is preferred but certainly not required.
Time Commitment: Three, hour-long shifts will be available throughout the event. Volunteers are welcome to assist with one shift or stay for the entire day.

10-11am - Session 1
11:05am-12:05pm - Session 2
1-2pm - Session 3
