Penfield Montessori Academy is a free, charter (through UW-Milwaukee) public school for children in one of Wisconsin's most economically challenged areas. We provide a continuum of care for children coming from Penfield Children's Center, and any children from the area. Opened 2 years ago, we now serve over 130 students in K3, K4, K5, First and Second Grades and will be growing through Grade 8 and provide free Montessori schooling, and occupational, physical, behavioral and speech therapy as needed.
Penfield Montessori Academy fosters an environment in which children can learn and grow together in multi-age classrooms. In collaboration with Penfield Children’s Center, Penfield Montessori Academy offers:
