Join Friends of the Fox River in cleaning up the Fox River frontage area along the Fox River Sanctuary. Volunteers would need to provide their own canoes or kayaks and be an experienced paddler (able to reach, lean and get in and out of boats at times). Friends of the Fox River will provide trash removal tools. NOTICE: The City of Waukesha does not sponsor or supervise this activity but is only providing the means to solicit volunteers to the sponsor of the activity. All volunteers will be responsible for their own safety and for providing their own equipment, including life vests or other safety gear.
Meeting Location: Barstow Plaza in Frame Park, Waukesha (north of Barstow Street by in water dragonfly art piece)
Starting Point: Street or Union Street Lot near 101 Union, St. Waukesha
Ending Point: Paddle to location at E.B. Shurts, 810 W College Ave Waukesha
