In order to provide a safe environment for volunteers, staff and clients, we welcome volunteers who:
- have not experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath) or tested positive in the past 4 weeks
- have not encountered anyone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks.
Volunteers are required to bring and wear a face mask. We will invite up to 15 volunteers to participate in this event, mostly outside so we may provide social distancing at all times and we provide hand sanitizing stations. Our facility is cleaned and disinfected daily or before each volunteer experience. Our staff will be wearing face coverings and there will be little contact with clients for this event.
The Jewish Community Pantry is looking for volunteers to help pack bags of food, stock shelves, and load boxes of food in cars at our drive-through Pantry. We serve families in zip codes 53210 and 53216, and anyone else experiencing a food emergency. Do you have a couple hours to spare to help feed families in need? Join us!
