Help Distribute Food to Our Families in Need!
Join the volunteer team at the Jewish Community Pantry which provides emergency food to individuals and families in crisis throughout the greater Milwaukee community. We serve our clients inside our pantry on 29th & Center Street.
Volunteer Positions: assist guests, stock shelves, manage intake, and other tasks on service days (Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings)
Pantry Service Days & Hours of Operation:
- Every Tuesday from 4:00pm - 6:00pm
- Every Thursday from 9:00am – 12:00pm
Volunteer Shifts:
- Tuesday's from 3:30pm - 6:00pm (SHIFT WITH GREATEST NEED!)
- Thursday's from 8:00am – 10:15am and 10:15am – 12:30pm
Recommended Capacity: 10 volunteers per shift, maximum
IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR GROUP REQUESTS: Group requests (3+) need to be made at least 6 weeks in advance of requested volunteer date.
