Children's Hospital of Wisconsin Community Services will host its annual Robyn’s Nest Spring Clothing Give Away on Friday, April 20th
WE REALLY NEED HELP with prep for the event all week- April 16-19. Various blocks of time available.
Monday, April 16th – 1pm- 4pm
Tuesday, April 17th – 9am- 12pm and/or 1pm- 4pm
Wednesday, April 18th – 9am - 12pm
Thursday, April 19th – 1pm - 4pm
For the prep days, we need up to 20 volunteers each day.
Event Day Time Shifts - Friday, April 20
Set-up : 9am - 10am
Event: 10am - 4pm
Clean-up: 4pm - 4:30pm
Volunteer shifts for event day are 9am -1pm and 1pm - 4:30pm.
For event day, we need up to 10 volunteers (5 for each shift).
Various duties include: Assist with the unpacking, sorting and organizing of spring and summer clothing, clean and tidy up the Robyn’s Nest, set-up and stage event, greeting and checking in shoppers, child care, assisting shoppers and other duties assigned.
