Volunteer: Facilitator Assistant - Adult Groups

PARENTS PLACE, promoting strong, healthy families through support and education! All families can benefit from our educational classes, playgroups, support groups, information & referral, and crisis support. All families can benefit from sound parenting information and support.

Be the support staff to facilitators of adult parenting classes. Help collect necessary data during classes and assist facilitator in getting questions answered. On-site training will be provided. Parenting classes are held on Monday thru Thursdays between 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Parents Place, Waukesha, was established in 1983 as a local, grass roots response to the increasing problem of child abuse and neglect.  Parents Place believes in improving the quality of of life for all children and families through intervention, prevention, support groups and ongoing education with the Supervised Visitation Program, Community Education, Parent Support Worker and the Born Learning Program.  As a non-profit family resource center, we rely on individuals and organizations to allow us to continue to serve the families of Waukesha County.  You can help make that difference at Parents Place by hosting a Wish List Drive for Parents Place!  Thank you in advance for your contribution to our effort in making children safe and helping families bond together!
