Green Power Garden, a community project which provides fresh produce to clients of Hope Center and the Waukesha Food Pantry donated close to 4,700 lbs. of fresh produce last year.
Will you help us continue to support our community?
This garden is solely ran by volunteers who help start seeds for planting, plant, maintain and harvest.
We grow tomatoes, peppers, beans, kohlrabi, squash, and onions.
We are looking forward to meeting and working with our community, neighbors and visitors.
Please come and join us ! We can not do it with out your HELP! Give an hour, give a Saturday! We are flexible.
The garden is located in Waukesha near the intersection of Hwy 164 and County I in Waukesha.
Specific directions will be given when the group is scheduled.
Weekly tasks include planting, watering, weeding, and maintaining plants and beds as needed.
We supply gloves, tools, bug spray and knowledge of planting .
