

Who We Are
Serving Washington County since 1978, FRIENDS, Inc. is the sole provider of domestic and sexual violence programs. FRIENDS provides the following services confidentially and free of charge: emergency shelter, individual advocacy based counseling, case management, support group for adults, a transitional living program, legal services, children's individual and group art therapy, teen counseling and support groups, community education, and a 24-hour crisis line.

To empower those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault by offering safety, support, and community awareness.
Vision Statement
We envision a socially just community where all voices are heard, where all gender identities are made to feel safe, and where all acts of domestic violence, sexual assault, and oppression are neither accepted nor tolerated.
