Wine, Women & Wings Red Carpet Affair and fundraiser
The Center for Leadership of Afrikan Women’s Wellness (CLAWW) is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support the Wine, Women & Wings Red Carpet Affair, one of our signature fundraising events. Volunteers will play a vital role in ensuring the event runs smoothly by assisting with set-up and break-down.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with venue set-up, including signage, decorations, and displays
- Organize and prepare event materials such as programs and name tags
- Provide general support to staff and other volunteers during pre-event preparation
- Help with post-event clean up, including packing materials, breaking down displays, and restoring the venue to its original condition
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions in a team setting.
- Comfortable with light lifting, moving packages, and hands-on work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed
- Prior event set-up experience is a plus, but not required.
