As a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) Site Volunteer, you’ll provide recruits and their loved ones with vital resources through the Red Cross Hero Care Network. Your presence ensures families know where to turn in times of emergency, creating peace of mind and strengthening community resilience.
- Welcome & Connect: Engage with military recruits and families at Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), offering guidance and Red Cross preparedness resources.
- Empower Families: Help recruits complete family contact cards and ensure accurate processing into our casework system.
- Build Relationships: Liaise with MEPS staff to coordinate outreach and maintain strong partnerships.
- Be a Trusted Resource: Share information about Hero Care Network services and provide additional support as needed.
Qualifications:

During business hours - Monday through Thursday
Morning shifts between 8am and 12pm
