Love Music? Help the Waukesha Choral Union Stay in Harmony! The Waukesha Choral Union (WCU) has been bringing incredible choral music to our community for over 50 years, and while our singers handle the notes, we need a special person to help us handle the "numbers."
We are currently looking for a Volunteer Treasurer to join our Board of Directors!

You don’t need to be a professional opera singer to play a vital role in our success. If you have a knack for organization, an eye for detail, and a desire to support the arts in Waukesha, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
What you’ll be doing
As Treasurer, you’ll be the "backstage hero" ensuring our financial health. Key responsibilities include:
- Budgeting: Helping us plan for our upcoming concert seasons.
- Reporting: Providing simple financial updates at our monthly board meetings.
- Record Keeping: Managing basic accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Compliance: Ensuring our 501(c)(3) status remains in good standing.
