This special event will help our Care Champion Program, which helps covers the cost of services that our clients or future clients desperately need but can't afford. Dream Together Gala helps us keep the dream alive for those families that need the services that St. Ann Center Intergenerational Care Stein & Bucyrus Campus offers. Volunteer at the wonderful event at Discover World and help us keep the dream alive.
Need: energetic, enthusiastic, friendly, likes to talk to people and have a great time. Will be some bending, lifting of 10-15lbs. During event will be standing, walking around, moving items. We will have leads at each area for any questions or concerns.
Event attire: Dressy/Business casual attire and comfortable shoes

Set-up: 10am-2pm Duties: Preparing the auction tables, numbering tables, skirting tables, setting up chairs, organizing jewelry area, set up registration table, able to lift 30lbs, some bending and lifting. casual attire and comfortable shoes. (Lunch will be provided)
Event Time: 4pm-10:30pm Duties: Registration table, walking around and helping paid guest with the I-Pad biding devices to bid on auction items tables, describe items on the tables for them to bid on, selling higher end jewelry by Sr. Edna's Creations, assisting with silent auction tables, walking around selling raffle tickets of various prices, check out time at the end of the evening which you would help retrieve the bought items that guests purchased. Biding devices you will be trained on how they are used. (Dinner will be provided)
