Your help is needed!! The Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin needs volunteers to assist with Dylan’s Run on Sunday, September 10th. This event is a lot of work, but definitely a rewarding volunteer opportunity to be involved with, and we cannot do it without your help!
***Volunteers receive a Dylan's Run/Walk T-shirt as well as free admission into this year's Indian Summer Festival following the walk.***
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
Volunteer Check-In Guide: Direct or walk with volunteers from the volunteer check-in area to the event area they are to report to.
Start/Finish Line: Assist participants in gathering in the start area then cheering and directing participants towards the finish line.
Parking Lot Assistant: Monitor entrance to the grounds and direct participants to available parking.
Number Runner: Walk from the registration area to the race timer's booth with event runner's bib numbers (this will be done several times up until race start time).
Main Gate Greeters: Greet participants and direct them towards event area.
Grounds Info: Walk around event areas assisting participants/volunteers by answering questions and directing them to various check-points on the grounds.
Put Me Where You Need Me Most: No preference and willing to fill in where most needed on event day.
NOTE: There is a new registration process for volunteers this year. (There is no charge to volunteer for this event but all attendees will need to complete the easy registration process).
