Would you like to support local students in need of school supplies and have fun volunteering?
Join us at Fill the Bus, one of Milwaukee & Waukesha’s largest one day supply drives for students, happening on Saturday, July 27th. Volunteer at one of our 6+ locations throughout Waukesha County or 2 sites in Milwaukee where we will be collecting supplies from community members and loading them onto a big yellow school bus.
Volunteers Help with:
- Handing out flyers to community members at sites
- Collecting donations to load onto bus
- Thanking donors

Sites:
- Brown Deer Walmart (11:00pm-1:00pm and/or 1:00pm-3:00pm)
Multiple Locations available: By signing up below you will be assigned to one of our locations in Milwaukee. If you are interested in volunteering for this event in Waukesha, please click here.
Available Shift Times:
- 9:00am - 11:00am (2 hrs.)
- 11:00am - 1:00pm (2 hrs.)
- 1:00pm - 3:00pm (2 hrs.)
- Final Shift will end at the new Johnson Controls Volunteer Center located on 200 W Pleasant, Milwaukee, WI to unload supplies into Backpack Coalition Warehouse
Additional Information:
- Girl & Boy Scouts and other youth organizations are more than WELCOME to participate.
- Ages 10 - 15 welcome when accompanied by a chaperone.
- Groups of 2 - 6 per shift/location are welcome.
- Feel free to sign up for multiple shifts!
