Skills: Need energetic, enthusiastic, friendly, likes to talk to people and have a great time. Will be some vending, lifting up to 10-15lbs. Standing, walking, lifting, moving of items, helping with bid devices, giving directions, cleaning off tables.
This event is an elegant which will help our Care Champion Program. That helps covers the cost of services that our clients or future clients desperately need but can't afford. Dream Together Gala helps us keep the dream alive for those families that need the services that St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care Stein & Bucyrus Campus offers.
The event will have the following going on: Registration, Walking around selling raffle tickets get guest to purchase them. Auction tables with items to bid on, using biding devices or the guest may use cell phone. Auction tables attendance - explain to guest items for biding, get them to bid. Jewelry area to purchase one of a kind jewelry. Silent auction watch bid numbers going up for the highest bidder. Fun games - watching guest to see who wins the game. Runners - retrieving auction items that have been paid for and brought to the purchaser. Check out winners for the bided items. Clean up during event with any items left on tables and empty. Watch auction items when they go to live auction area. Food will be served for those volunteering for this event.
