RAINBOWS is a 12 week peer support group for children in K-12th grade who have experienced a divorce or death in their family. Participants are encouraged to express their feelings in order to successfully deal with a major family change. At each session, they participate in activities, write in journals and discuss concerns. A variety of supplies are needed as part of the curriculum, including: pencils, notebooks, crayons, glue sticks, washable markers, card stock, kid scissors, shaving cream, finger paints and paper, and individually packaged snacks, (e.g. cheese & crackers, granola bars, fruit snacks, etc. - please make sure expiration date is December 31st or beyond
