Volunteer to set up a recruitment event at your place of employment, church, or with your social group or club to promote volunteer opportunities with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee. Recruitment events can be hosting a Lunch & Learn or an informational table in a high volume area. By setting up a recruitment event, you will help Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee connect with a larger audience to promote mentoring and reduce the number of youth waiting for a mentor. Setting up a recruitment event includes coordinating dates with our Recruitment Coordinator, promoting the event to draw an audience, and possibly helping with the event day of.
