Join the City of Waukesha's Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department to build a completely accessible and inclusive playground at Frame Park! 20-25 volunteers are needed at each shift on 9/3 and 9/4, with 9/5 acting as a rain date/backup date. If you or your group would like to volunteer all day, please sign up for both the morning and afternoon shifts. Come alone or with a group and help to assemble, place, and complete Waukesha's newest playground.
Volunteers are encouraged (but not required) to bring their own tools (ex: pliers, vice grips, scewdrivers, etc). Also make sure to pack sunscreen, bug spray, and a water bottle, as this is an outdoor project!
Please wear closed-toes shoes and bring work gloves if possible. Volunteers must fill out the "One Day Event" Volunteer Application (attached to this sign up).
Five Crew Leaders are also needed for each shift. Construction minded volunteers are encouraged to be Crew Leaders.
