Volunteers are needed to welcome guests for the Cesar Chavez Birthday Celebration on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at the Marcus Center's Uihlein Hall (929 N. Water Street). This event focuses on educating our communities about the legacy of César E. Chávez, an unselfish advocate of social justice and respect for human dignity. Milwaukee Public School students will have the opportunity to display their gifts at this event through art, essay writing and spoken word.
