HEAR Wisconsin is looking for a group of 5-10 volunteers to work alongside the staff from 9 am to 2 pm to clean and spruce up our property to get ready for summer, including getting space ready for our Mobile Audiology Clinic which will roll into town in June. Tasks including planting, weeding, litter pickup, hedge trimming, and paring back the bushes and trees near the space where the new mobile clinic will be parked.
We do not have own yard equipment, so would greatly appreciate if some of the volunteers bring electric tree/bush trimmers, rakes, and extension cords with them, and that all bring their own garden gloves. Volunteers will be outside for the entirety of this project, so please dress accordingly. As a thank you, a simple lunch will be provided.
