On the second Thursday of every month, our Hope House food pantry (209 W. Orchard St., Milwaukee) receives its delivery of stockboxes from Hunger Task Force - approximately 2-3 pallets of boxes of fresh shelf-staple food that will be distributed to underserved senior members of the community (age 60+) over the course of the month. At these deliveries, it is vital that we have a team of volunteers onsite to help us move each box into the pantry space quickly and efficiently to keep the loading zone clear and the food out of the elements.
