On Monday, January 17th 2021, we will be gathering families together for a Family Morning of Service. These quarterly programs target families with young children, giving them access to service opportunities specially designed for tiny hands.
Our Soaps, Suds, and Service: MLK Family Morning of Service combines a supply drive (household cleaning and hygiene items), an art project, and a lesson on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This our third year and we are excited to offer a hybrid experience (last year we went all virtual) with families choosing between attending in person, or picking up a kit ahead of time to create an in home experience.
That's where you come in! We need volunteers to help with activity stations and small group activities on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Day.
You'll come to the Center for the morning and help guide our in person families through the days activities!
