CSD provides our youth patients prizes for good dental hygiene appointments, as well as the significant achievement of completing their treatment plans (and all necessary restorative care). CSD has an ongoing need to restock our prize supplies. A donation of $250 will help cover the cost of this opportunity and can be discussed with CSD.
