BASIC NEEDS: From providing emergency food, infant need supplies, and personal hygiene products to individuals and families through our Food Pantry, to meeting the needs of our older adults through monthly food boxes and access to dining sites throughout Milwaukee County, MCC strives to meet basic needs in a way that is culturally appropriate for our community.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: Through meaningful out-of-school-time programming with positive mentors, MCC makes an impact on the lives of young people ages 4-24 and the communities in which they reside.
HOUSING: By building new homes and providing needed repairs for low income homeowners at no cost, MCC makes homeownership possible all while training young adults in the trades.
COMMUNITY BUILDING: MCC supports residents of all ages and strengthens Milwaukee neighborhoods through a variety of programs that increase safety, beauty and interconnectedness across the city as a whole and with a special focus in the Muskego Way Neighborhood.
SENIOR HEALTH AND WELLNESS: MCC offers older adults opportunities to remain healthy, in their homes, and connected to the community through access to a healthy warm meal, health and wellness activities, socialization, and meaningful recreation at the Older Adults Center.
COMMUNITY VIOLENCE PREVENTION: MCC works to prevent/mediate conflicts while offering support to youth in order to inhibit violence both in schools and out in the community and help young people thrive through three programs: Violence-Free Zone, Credible Messengers and Advance Peace
