MCC's reception clerk volunteer will support staff in handling front-line communication and administrative tasks, such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Greet all participants and visitors and make them feel welcome.
- Perform general administrative functions such as data entry, copying, scanning, and document preparation.
- Office management: Maintain the reception area, ensure it is tidy, and handle the organization & stock of office supplies.
- Support: Assist other departments with administrative and clerical needs as required.
