Spring has arrived and you’ve just been invited to help us make this year’s Stride and Glide Event the best ever, AGAIN! Last year IndependenceFirst raise over $25,000! The funds raised at this event helps IndependenceFirst serve people with disabilities in the four county metropolitan Milwaukee area: Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, and Waukesha. The mission of IndependenceFirst is to effectively facilitate empowerment of individuals with disabilities through the core services of: Advocacy, Independent Living Skills, Information and Referral, Peer Support and Transition.
