Join the Milwaukee Christian Center to help build strong neighborhoods full of opportunities at our signature fundraising event, A Celebration of Strong Neighborhoods. This event features delicious appetizers catered by Antigua Latin Cuisine, live music from CNJ Latin Jazz, a silent and live auction and engaging program.
THE WHAT:
Would you consider yourself a people person that thrives in a fast-paced environment? Then this is the opportunity for you! Registration Volunteers need to arrive by 4:30 pm, in order to assist with checking individuals in, distributing name tags and programs, and answering general questions.
THE WHY:
Milwaukee Christian Center benefits from each dollar raised at this event, serving people right here in our community in the areas of housing, food security, youth development and older adult support services. Your help is CRUCIAL in making this happen.
THE DETAILS:
Time Commitment: 2 Hours from 4:30 pm-6:30 pm
Requirements: Ability to interact verbally with individuals in a fast-paced environment.
Volunteers are asked to attend the Volunteer Orientation which will begin promptly at 4:30 PM on 8/24
